目的探索不同休闲活动方式对老年人智力水平的影响,为预防老年痴呆症提供科学有效的活动方式。方法190名60~69岁健康状况较好的老年人根据平时休闲活动方式的差别分成有氧运动组、脑力活动组、运动+脑力组、无规律活动组,分别测试他们的智力水平和反应时。结果有氧运动组、脑力活动组、运动+脑力组智力测试的原始分均高于无规律活动组,反应时短于无规律活动组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);运动+脑力组各项指标均优于其他组,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论有氧运动、脑力活动均可改善老年人智力水平,预防老年痴呆症;有氧运动+脑力活动对老年人智力水平的改善有更佳的趋势。
Objective To explore the impact of different leisure activities on the intelligence of the elderly and to provide a scientific and effective way of preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Methods A total of 190 aged 60-69-year-old healthy adults were divided into aerobic exercise group, mental activity group, exercise + mental group and non-regular exercise group according to the difference of leisure activities. The levels of intelligence and response . Results The scores of intelligence test of aerobic exercise group, mental activity group and exercise + mental group were higher than those of irregular activity group, and reaction time was shorter than that of irregular activity group (P <0.05) The indicators of the group were better than other groups, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions Aerobic exercise and mental activity can improve the intelligence level of the elderly and prevent dementia. Aerobic exercise and mental activity have a better tendency to improve the intelligence level of the elderly.
