该文结合山东省某高速公路试验段的实施,实测AC+CRCP复合路面的温度场及气象站数据进行回归统计分析,考察了AC+CRCP复合式路面温度场影响因素的滞后性和累积性,分析了温度场的日分布规律、季节规律及温度梯度变化,并将其与普通CRCP进行了对比。结果表明:AC+CRCP路面温度场与前5h平均气温、前5h太阳辐射平方均值密切相关;日最高温度较普通CRCP滞后出现1~2h,路面温度在深度方向呈非线性分布;加铺层有效降低了CRCP层的温度翘曲应力。
Based on the implementation of an expressway test section in Shandong Province, the temperature field and weather station data of the AC + CRCP composite pavement were analyzed by regression. The laggedness and cumulative effect of the AC + CRCP composite pavement temperature field were investigated. The daily distribution of temperature field, seasonal variation and temperature gradient were analyzed and compared with that of ordinary CRCP. The results show that the temperature field of AC + CRCP is closely related to the average temperature of the first 5 hours and the mean square of the solar radiation in the first 5 hours. The lag of daily maximum temperature is 1 ~ 2 hours later than conventional CRCP, and the pavement temperature is non-linear in the depth direction. Reduce the temperature warpage stress of the CRCP layer.
