针对航电枢纽工程的特点,建立航电枢纽后评价的定量指标集和定性指标集,应用多级模糊式识别模型,对定量评价指标量化,并用半结构性模型对定性评价指标进行定量化与规范化,将客观定量评定与评价人的经验相结合,建立基于工程模糊集理论的航电枢纽后评价方法,并应用于湘江某航电枢纽工程,计算结果与工程实际较吻合。
According to the characteristics of the navigation and hydropower project, the quantitative index set and the qualitative index set of the post-evaluation of the navigation and power station are established. The multi-level fuzzy recognition model is used to quantify the quantitative evaluation index. The semi-structural model is used to quantify the qualitative evaluation index Standardization, combining the objective quantitative assessment with the evaluator's experience, establishing a post-aerospace terminal evaluation method based on engineering fuzzy set theory and applying it to a hydro-electric junction in the Xiangjiang River. The calculated results are in good agreement with the actual project.
