风湿热 (ＲＦ)是一种继发于咽喉部Ａ族乙型溶血性链球菌感染的全身结缔组织疾病。以心脏和关节受累最多见。近年来典型病例渐减少 ,而一些不典型病例易造成误诊或漏诊。现将我院 2 0年来收治的 43例ＲＦ误诊病例作如下分析。临床资料 :我院从 1980～ 1999年间共收治本病例 2 72
