消化性溃疡的发病机制极为复杂,至今尚无定论。近年来自由基损伤与消化性溃疡的关系已引起学者们的兴趣。超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase, SOD)作为体内超氧自由基的清除剂,其含量和性质的变化亦愈来愈受重视。
The pathogenesis of peptic ulcer is extremely complicated and so far it is inconclusive. In recent years, the relationship between free radical damage and peptic ulcer has attracted the interest of scholars. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) as a scavenger of superoxide radical in vivo, its content and nature of the change is also more and more attention.
