真空扩散钎焊是兼顾扩散焊和钎焊的优点而发展形成的连接工艺。它与真空扩散焊比较,最大的优点是不需要加压,大大地简化了真空设备;而且在高温停留时间比扩散焊短,缩短了钎焊周期。它与一般真空钎焊比较,可把焊料的用量降到最低,焊后不需加工;同时由于在高温停留时间较长,使钎缝内中间相的含量降到最低,从而获得最大的强度和塑性。另外,在真空钎焊方法难以获得最大焊透率的情况
