介绍了结晶器振动的结构以及原理,对结晶器正弦振动和非正弦振动的特点进行比较。并根据某公司设计的可变偏移角结晶器非正弦振动技术方案,采用贝加莱工业控制器以及电动伺服的控制方式设计结晶器振动硬件控制系统,最后通过带负载进行实验测试,实验结果表明:该系统能够准确的实现结晶器的非正弦振动曲线,并可实时的根据拉速调整相应的振动频率以及振幅。
The structure and principle of the mold vibration are introduced, and the characteristics of the mold sinusoidal vibration and non-sinusoidal vibration are compared. According to a non-sinusoidal vibration technology scheme of a variable offset angle crystallizer designed by a company, a mold vibration hardware control system is designed by adopting a B & R industrial controller and an electric servo control method. Finally, experiments are carried out by carrying the load. Experimental results It shows that the system can accurately realize the non-sinusoidal vibration curve of the mold and adjust the corresponding vibration frequency and amplitude according to the pulling speed in real time.
