本文在日本奥田聪提出的电阻法测定高聚物扩散系数公式的基础上,对几种介质在环氧树脂(E-44树脂)薄膜和双酚 A 不饱和聚酯树脂(323树脂)薄膜中的扩散行为进行了一系列的实验测定和计算,阐明了扩散系数随介质温度、浓度和浸泡时间变化的关系,讨论了介质在高聚物中的物理和化学作用对扩散行为的影响。实验表明:用电阻法测定扩散系数不但对研究高聚物在化学介质中的腐蚀机理具有一定的意义,而且该法具有快速、方便的特点,可望用于实际耐蚀设备的监控。
In this paper, Japan Okuda Cong proposed resistance method based on the determination of polymer diffusion coefficient equation, several media in the epoxy resin (E-44 resin) film and bisphenol A unsaturated polyester resin (323 resin) film A series of experiments were carried out to determine and calculate the diffusivity. The relationship between the diffusion coefficient and the temperature, concentration and immersion time was expounded. The influence of the physical and chemical action of the medium in the polymer on the diffusion behavior was also discussed. Experiments show that the determination of diffusion coefficient by resistance method not only has certain significance for studying the corrosion mechanism of polymer in chemical medium, but also has the characteristics of fast and convenient, which is expected to be used for the monitoring of actual corrosion-resistant equipment.
