振动压路机行走驱动采用液压—机械联合传动,用闭式回路液压系统作无级调速。压路机行走的牵引特性受机械传动效率和液压传动效率两个方面的影响,其中的液压传动效率还是系统压力及泵与马达转速的函数。求得这些关系是分析和合理匹配动力与传动系统及保持压路机应有牵引性能的重要保证。
Vibratory roller walking drive using hydraulic - mechanical joint transmission, closed loop hydraulic system for stepless speed regulation. The traction characteristics of roller walking are affected by both mechanical transmission efficiency and hydraulic transmission efficiency. The hydraulic transmission efficiency is also a function of system pressure and pump and motor speed. Obtaining these relationships is an important guarantee to analyze and reasonably match the power and transmission system and maintain the traction performance of the roller.
