黄河洛阳河段是黄河由山区性河道向冲积性平原河道过渡的河段,河床床面基本由卵石和粗沙组成,砂卵石资源十分丰富。自20世纪90年代初开始开采以来,河段现有砂卵石开采加工企业12家,年开采加工砂石约40万m3。但也存在没有被批准的统一的采砂规划,开采手段的单一,采砂厂的建设缺乏规划,规模小、产量低,不正当竞争,管理难度大等问题。要解决这些问题,应尽快制订采砂规划,利用行政与经济等手段促使砂卵石开采手段的多样化,促进开采企业健康有序发展,并继续考虑多途径利用问题。 The Yellow River Luoyang section is the Yellow River from the mountainous river to the alluvial plain channel transition section, the riverbed bed is basically composed of pebbles and coarse sand, sand and gravel resources are very rich.
