本文用6150柴油机燃气温度拟合成三角形热冲击模式,作为活塞顶面的热激励源,建立了高周波三角形热冲击及集总参数导热模型,计算该活塞顶面温度响应曲线及其变化规律,以作为活塞顶面热疲劳分析和研究的基础。
In this paper, the triangular thermal shock mode was fitted by the gas temperature of 6150 diesel engine. As the thermal excitation source on the top of the piston, the thermal shock and lumped parameter thermal conductivity model of the high frequency triangle was established.
