本文介绍了制备交联氨基葡聚糖树脂的方法。从蟹壳提取的氨基葡聚糖,用Cu~(2+)离子将其螯合基团络合保护后,再用戊二醛交联,并在稀酸条件下将Cu~(2+)洗脱,得到螯合基团依然保留的交联氨基葡聚糖树脂。它对过渡金属有强的螯合作用,并具有弱碱性阴离子交换作用。其交联度为14%,对过渡金属离子的螯合容量以汞测定为2.50mmol/g,其阴离子交换容量以阴离子染料酸性红G测定为1.48mmol/g。它对酸碱稳定,通透性好,可以反复使用。
This article describes the preparation of crosslinked amino-dextran resin. The amino-dextran extracted from the crab shell was complexed with Cu 2+ ions and then crosslinked with glutaraldehyde. The Cu 2+ Eluting to give a crosslinked aminodextran resin in which the chelating group remained. It has a strong chelating effect on transition metals and has weakly basic anion exchange. The degree of crosslinking was 14%, the chelating capacity for transition metal ions was 2.50 mmol / g for mercury, and the anion exchange capacity was 1.48 mmol / g for anionic dye acid red G. It is pH-stable, good permeability, can be used repeatedly.
