在分析云南硅质型磷矿物化性质的基础上,研究适合该类矿石的选矿分离方法。分析结果显示,该矿主要含氟磷灰石、石英,镁含量较低,石英晶体与磷灰石晶体交互存在,有部分碳酸根参与了磷灰石晶格的组成。同时发现磷和酸不溶物的含量随粒径的不同而不同,因而该矿可通过磨矿筛分的方法达到初分的效果,对其中粒径>300μm的磷矿P2O5已达富矿水平,可直接使用;低品位细粒径(<76μm)矿石采用浮选法进一步分离磷灰石和石英,碱性环境下,选择十二胺作为该矿的捕收剂更有利于该矿的浮选,可使精矿中P2O5的含量提高近5百分点。
Based on the analysis of the siliceous phosphate mineralization in Yunnan, the ore separation methods suitable for this type of ore are studied. The results show that the content of main fluorite apatite, quartz and magnesium in the mine is relatively low. The interaction between quartz crystal and apatite crystal exists. Some carbonates participate in the composition of the apatite crystal lattice. At the same time, it was found that the content of phosphorus and acid insoluble matter varies with the particle size, so the ore can be ground through the screening method to achieve the first separation effect, in which the particle size> 300μm phosphorus ore P2O5 has reached rich ore level Direct use; low grade fine grain size (<76μm) ore flotation method using further separation of apatite and quartz, alkaline environment, the choice of dodecylamine as the ore collector is more conducive to the flotation of the ore, P2O5 concentrate can increase the content of nearly 5 percentage points.
