采用铜模吸铸法制备了一系列不含Ni和Cu的(Zr56Co28Al16)100-xYx(x=0,1,2,4)大块非晶合金(BMGs),对ZrCo-Al-(Y)系BMGs的结构、力学性能、耐蚀性能作了研究。结果表明,随Y含量增加,过冷液相区宽度(△Tx)从x=0的50.0K增加到x=2的59.2K;室温压缩断裂强度(σf)和塑性变形量(εp)分别从x=0的1 785 MPa、0,增加到x=2的1 965 MPa、4.1%。(Zr56Co28Al16)98Y2非晶合金在磷酸盐缓冲液中表现出良好的耐蚀性能,且具有76GPa的低杨氏模量。
A series of bulk amorphous alloys (BMGs) of (Zr56Co28Al16) 100-xYx (x = 0,1,2,4) without Ni and Cu were prepared by copper mold suction casting. Department of BMGs structure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance were studied. The results show that with the increase of Y content, the width of the supercooled liquid region (Δ Tx) increases from 50.0K at x = 0 to 59.2K at x = 2. The compressive strength at break (σf) and plastic deformation (εp) 1 785 MPa, 0 for x = 0, to 1 965 MPa, 4.1% for x = 2. (Zr56Co28Al16) 98Y2 amorphous alloy shows good corrosion resistance in phosphate buffer and has a low Young’s modulus of 76 GPa.
