随着经济的飞速发展,我们迎来了新经济时代,在新经济形式下,各大企业在市场中的竞争日益激烈,传统的内部控制体系已经无法适应当今时代的发展,势必存在一些问题有待企业去发现、去完善、去创新,以顺应时代的潮流又适合企业自身发展的内部控制制度来迎接市场环境、政策环境及自身经营现状带来的挑战,并为实现自身经营与发展目标提供制度保障。本文首先介绍了新经济形势下企业内部控制的显著变化及意义,然后通过探讨新经济形势下企业内部控制中存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出解决对策,为企业尽快适应市场变化提供理论支撑。
