前言 2003年1月,当我台在考虑选择哪种开发工具来开发贵州电视台网络化设备管理系统时,想过使用其它的开发工具开发:VC++,BC++,VB,PB,Foxpro for Win- dows和Delphi C／S。Borland C++编写也有它的特点,也彻底感觉过C++编写大型应用软件的优点和缺点,但投入代价太高!所以我们决定抛弃C++,另外选择。为郑重起见,我们测试了其余的开发工具,最后还是决定采用一个很新的工具Delphi 6。
Preface In January 2003, when I was in Taiwan to consider what kind of development tools to develop Guizhou TV network equipment management system, I thought of using other development tools: VC ++, BC ++, VB, PB, Foxpro for Windows and Delphi C / S. Borland C ++ also has its own characteristics, but it also completely feels the advantages and disadvantages of C ++ for writing large applications, but the investment is too expensive! So we decided to abandon C ++ and choose from. As a matter of prudence, we tested the rest of the development tools, and finally decided to adopt a very new tool Delphi 6.
