患者男,22岁.11岁前经确诊为幼年性甲状腺机能减退症,一直服用“甲状腺素片”等药物治疗.近1年多来甲状腺肿增长迅速并可触及肿块.患者身材矮小智力低下.体查体温36℃,脉搏76次/ min,呼吸18次/min,血压105/60 mmHg.
