The changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with multiple organ failure (MOF) were significantly lower than those in normal controls (CD + 340.61 ± 4.53, CD + 428.36 ± 4.71, CD + 823 .22 ± 6.76. The main reason for the change of T cell subsets was cerebral edema caused by intracerebral hemorrhage, which destroyed the secretion of catecholamines and dopamine and affected the generation and activation of T cells. In addition, the influence of cerebral hemorrhage on respiratory center And concurrent lung infection caused by hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention also affect the generation of T cell subsets.
