针对管子坡口火焰切割的特点,进行了传动系统、夹具、电路和切割装置等部件的设计和制作,成功研制了切割速度可调、坡口角度可控、切割质量较高的半自动火焰切割管子坡口设备。经过实际切割质量检测表明,切割的管子坡口表面光滑无挂渣,棱边无塌陷,坡口根部成型好,坡口角度符合焊接工艺要求,坡口质量检验合格。
In view of the characteristics of pipe bevel flame cutting, the design and manufacture of transmission system, fixture, electric circuit and cutting device were carried out. The semi-automatic flame cutting pipe with adjustable cutting speed, controlled groove angle and high cutting quality was successfully developed Groove equipment.
