预应力混凝土变截面箱梁桥底板崩裂原因众多,未设防崩钢筋或者防崩钢筋设置不足是主要原因之一,因此研究防崩钢筋对防治底板崩裂有现实意义。基于防崩钢筋在工程设计模糊的现状和预应力混凝土变截面箱梁桥底板崩裂事故频发的问题,通过取防崩钢筋离散体进行力学分析,建立了静力学平衡方程,分析推导出防崩钢筋协助波纹管孔肋抗剪和协助孔肋抗拉的作用效应,最后综合推导出防崩钢筋验算公式,并通过工程实例证明了本文研究的合理性。本文所推导的防崩钢筋验算公式可供底板抗崩设计借鉴参考之用。

Based on the fuzzy design status of anti-collapse rebar and the frequent occurrence of cracks in the bottom of prestressed concrete box girder bridge, mechanical analysis of the anti-collapse rebar dispersion was carried out to establish the static equilibrium equation, The reinforcing effect of the steel bar to assist the ribbed rib shearing of the corrugated pipe and the assistance of the tensile strength of the ribbed rib are finally deduced. The formula for calculating the collapse preventing steel bar is derived synthetically and the rationality of this paper is proved through engineering examples. The formulas for checking the collapse prevention steel obtained in this paper can be used as a reference for the anti-collapse design of the floor.
