为解决北方低温季节牛粪大量堆积问题,将筛选的糖、淀粉、蛋白质和纤维素分解菌株复配,优化出组合菌剂(T1+DF2+D2+D5+XB1+XA2),研究低温下优化组合菌剂对低温牛粪堆肥起温的影响。结果表明,在室外-20℃低温下,牛粪接种优化组合菌剂后物料迅速升温,48h达55.8℃,第4d达64.9℃,高温期维持8~9d,发酵周期缩短至15d,而未加菌和加常温发酵剂的对照则一直未进入高温期。说明添加低温复合发酵剂能使低温下牛粪堆体迅速升温,进入高温期,完成无害化,缩短发酵周期。
In order to solve the problem of massive accumulation of cow dung during the cold season in the northern part of China, the selected strains (T1 + DF2 + D2 + D5 + XB1 + XA2) were optimized by the combination of selected sugar, starch, protein and cellulose decomposing strains. The results showed that the material was rapidly heated at a low temperature of -20 ℃ in cow dung, the temperature was 55.8 ℃ in 48h, 64.9 ℃ in 4d, 8 ~ 9d in high temperature and shorten the fermentation period to 15d Bacteria and control at room temperature starter has not yet entered the high temperature period. It shows that adding low-temperature compound starter can make the cow manure body rapidly warmer at low temperature, enter the high temperature period, complete harmless and shorten the fermentation period.
