目的分析厚朴炮制前后的挥发油化学成分,为其质量评价提供科学依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏(SD)法提取挥发油化学成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分离鉴定化学成分,采用峰面积归一化法测定相对质量分数。结果从厚朴生品及炮制品中分别鉴定了55种和49种成分,其中相对质量分数在0.1%以上的分别为36种和39种。结论采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取厚朴炮制前后的挥发油,其化学成分基本相同,在质量分数上有所变化,炮制后部分成分的含量有所降低或增加,同时新增加或消失了部分成分。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil of Magnolia officinalis before and after processing, and provide a scientific basis for its quality evaluation. Methods The chemical constituents of volatile oil were extracted by steam distillation (SD). The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. The relative mass fraction was determined by peak area normalization. Results Fifty-five and forty-nine components were identified from the crude and processed products of Magnolia officinalis, with 36 species and 39 species with the relative mass fraction above 0.1%. Conclusion The volatile oil extracted by steam distillation before and after the processing of Magnolia officinalis has the same chemical composition and some changes in the mass fraction, the content of some ingredients is reduced or increased after the processing, and some components are newly added or disappeared.
