利用光镜、电镜及冲击试验等研究了X -60管线钢模拟粗晶区的组织及性能。结果表明 ,该钢中存在大量能够阻止原始奥氏体晶粒长大的第二相粒子 ;t8/5从10s增大到70s时 ,模拟热影响区原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸长大并不严重 ,二次组织均以低碳粒状贝氏体为主 ;韧性虽随着t8/5的增大而明显下降 ,但该范围内的各种规范下模拟热影响区粗晶区的韧性均较高。
The microstructure and properties of X -60 pipeline steel were simulated by light microscope, electron microscope and impact test. The results show that there are a large number of second phase particles in the steel that can prevent the growth of the original austenite grains. When the temperature increases from 10s to 70s, the original austenite grain size grows in the simulated heat-affected zone The results showed that the toughness of the secondary structure was mainly composed of low-carbon granular bainite. Although the toughness decreased obviously with the increase of t8 / 5, the toughness of the coarse-grained zone in the simulated HAZ high.
