感染在新生儿中发病率和死亡率出现较高,尤其是宫内引发感染最为严重。新生儿感染发生因素较多,喂养方式不当、环境因素、护理不当、先天性因素或机体免疫功能低下等,均可导致新生儿感染,严重者甚至会出现休克、SIRS、MODS等,严重影响患儿的生长发育与身体健康。本文选取于我院出生的120例新生儿,观察降钙素原和C反应蛋白含量变化对新生儿感染的临床诊断意义及价值,报告如下。
