目的:研究中药土萆薢的化学成分。方法:主要采用有机溶剂提取,硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和红外、质谱、核磁共振等波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到三个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、正二十四烷酸(Ⅱ)和棕榈酸(Ⅲ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Radix Scutellariae. Methods: Mainly adopting organic solvent extraction and silica gel column chromatographic method to separate and purify, according to physicochemical constants and infrared, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and other spectral data for structural identification. Results: Three compounds were identified, respectively identified as [beta]-sitosterol (I), n-tetracosanoic acid (II) and palmitic acid (III). Conclusion: Compound II was isolated from this plant for the first time.
