在钻井取心钻进过程中,取心钻头对井底的岩石进行环形破碎,岩屑返出少、粒径小,且在钻井取心过程中由于排量小,岩屑携带不及时,为现场录井及地质人员及时、准确的判断井下地层变化及取准取全目的层带来了许多困难。同时,地层变化及目的层判断的不准确,严重影响了取心工程师在整个取心过程中的判断及操作,给取心施工带来了一定困难。为了准确判断井下情况及地层岩性变化,通过不断的研究和统计分析,研究出一种能在钻井取心过程中准确判断井底岩性及井下情况变化的地质录井新方法。
During the drilling coring process, the coring bit annularly crushes the rock at the bottom of the hole, and the cuttings return less and the particle size is small. At the same time, the change of strata and the inaccurate judgment of the target layer have seriously affected the judgment and operation of coring engineers during the coring process, which has brought some difficulties to the construction of coring. In order to accurately determine the downhole conditions and stratigraphic lithology changes, through continuous research and statistical analysis, we developed a new method of geological logging which can accurately determine the lithology of bottom hole and the variation of underground conditions during drilling coring.
