应变率成像(SRI)是在组织多普勒成像基础上发展起来的一种新技术,反映心肌的局部功能,不受心脏整体运动及周围心肌牵拉的影响,能更直接地评价高血压患者左心房功能的改变。现对SRI的基本概念进行阐述,讨论高血压病左心房应变率指标的变化情况,以及对药物疗效的评价,并指出组织多普勒SRI、斑点追踪成像的优越性和局限性。随着超声技术的不断进步,实时三平面SRI成为评价左心房功能的新方法。
Strain rate imaging (SRI) is a new technique developed on the basis of tissue Doppler imaging. It reflects the local function of myocardium and can not be directly affected by global cardiac motion and traction around the heart. It can be used to evaluate patients with hypertension more directly Left atrial function changes. Now the basic concepts of SRI are described to discuss the changes of left atrial strain rate in hypertensive patients and the evaluation of the curative effect of the drug. The advantages and limitations of tissue Doppler SRI and speckle tracking imaging are also pointed out. With the continuous improvement of ultrasound technology, real-time three-plane SRI has become a new method to evaluate left atrial function.
