通过超声化学法制备Fe2O3纳米粉体,研究了不同表面活性剂对纳米粉体的分散作用,同时也制备了掺杂不同离子的Fe2O3基纳米粉体;借助于XRD、TEM等测试手段对所制备的粉体进行了表征。结果表明:加入1%聚乙二醇2000对粉体有较好的分散作用。掺杂5%Al 3+后的Fe2O3纳米颗粒呈现出不规则多边形形貌,平均粒径为50nm。掺杂7%Sn4+后Fe2O3纳米颗粒的平均粒径减小到40nm。双相掺杂3%Al 3+和Sn4+可得到长轴90nm,短轴10nm的Fe2O3棒状颗粒。
Fe2O3 nano-powders were prepared by ultrasonic chemical method, the dispersion of nano-powders by different surfactants was studied, and Fe2O3-based nano-powders doped with different ions were also prepared. By means of XRD, TEM and other test methods, The powder was characterized. The results showed that the addition of 1% polyethylene glycol 2000 had a good dispersing effect on the powders. The Fe2O3 nanoparticles doped with 5% Al 3+ showed irregular polygonal morphology and the average particle size was 50 nm. The average particle size of Fe2O3 nanoparticles doped with 7% Sn4 + is reduced to 40 nm. Biphase doping with 3% Al 3+ and Sn 4+ gives Fe2O3 rod-like particles with a major axis of 90 nm and a minor axis of 10 nm.
