通过对表面变形蒸压粉煤灰砖及普通蒸压粉煤灰实心砖进行的抗压强度和抗折强度的试验,对比得出两种砖的抗压强度基本一致,而表面变形砖的抗折强度仅为普通蒸压粉煤灰砖的52%。证明砖表面变形导致抗折强度减小。建议改进砖型或取消凹凸槽以减小应力集中。本文参考试验数据,给出强度等级为MU15蒸压粉煤灰砖的建议折压比限值为0.25。试验结果为辽宁地方标准《蒸压粉煤灰砖建筑技术规范》的编制提供了参考依据。
