Cotman等首先报道计算机技术可用于分析药物引起的脑电变化,并有助于定位诊断。Jeffrey等报道硫喷妥钠所致快波变化与脑电图所提示的发作部位有密切关系。本文应用计算机频谱分析法分析了51例癫痫患者静脉注射安定引起脑电频谱功率变化对致痫灶的定位意义,并与常规脑电图、CT及MRI检查结果作了比较,同时探讨了其对以癫痫发作为首发症状的脑炎患者早期诊断的价值。
