1996年,我院肿瘤学科被列为天津医科大学“211工程”重点建设学科,医院中心实验室成为“211工程”重点学科建设的主要内容之一。在医院中心实验室7年的建设与发展过程中,我们逐渐形成了具有一定特色的、能够促进本学科发展的科研管理运行机制,实现了医院中心实验室为学科建设服务的总体目标。在实现上述目标的过程中,我们主要有以下几点做法:一、实验室功能的确定“211工程”重点建设实验室是以学科或学科群为基础的全方位、多功能、开放式的中心实验室,科学研究的内容要求更贴近国际学科领域的前沿,重视新知识、新理论的生产与传播。中心实验室功能的确定成为实验室为学科建设服务的关键内容,需要适应并体现了学科发展的方向。在新形
In 1996, the oncology discipline of our hospital was listed as the key construction subject of the “211 Project” of Tianjin Medical University. The hospital’s central laboratory became one of the main contents of the “211 Project” key discipline construction.
