目的探讨白藜芦醇(Res)对高脂喂养小鼠β细胞的保护作用。方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照(NC)组、高脂饮食(HF)组和Res干预(HR)组,比较糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞形态功能及氧化应激的变化。结果 HR组体内外胰岛素分泌功能改善,而糖脂代谢水平、胰岛β细胞量和氧化应激水平较HF组下降。结论 Res能纠正高脂饮食导致的胰岛功能异常,可能与胰腺内氧化应激损伤的改善有关。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of resveratrol on β cells in mice fed with high fat diet. Methods The mice were randomly divided into normal control (NC) group, high fat diet (HF) group and Res intervention (HR) group. The changes of glucose and lipid metabolism, islet β cell morphology and oxidative stress were compared. Results The secretion of insulin in vivo and in vitro was improved in HR group, while the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism, islet β cell mass and oxidative stress were decreased compared with HF group. Conclusion Res can correct the dysfunction of islets induced by high-fat diet and may be related to the improvement of oxidative stress injury in the pancreas.
