在制造业企业普遍缺工背景下,部分企业不缺工说明农民工务工选择的倾向性。提出创建雇主品牌对制造业传统用工模式革新。雇主品牌以培养员工忠诚为目标,要满足新生代农民工管理期望,要求企业诚信招聘、管理公平和提高管理沟通的有效性。
Under the background of a general shortage of manufacturing enterprises, some enterprises do not lack labor to explain the propensity of migrant workers to choose. Proposed to create employer brand innovation in the traditional mode of employment of manufacturing industry.
