在市场取向越来越强的国有企业,其办公室的职能大都超越了一般意义上“企业办公室”的概念。在人员配置上,“一人多岗”、“一职多人”成为国有企业办公室普遍存在的问题。本文以胜利油田东胜精攻集团公司办公室为研究对象,在“人岗交叉”条件下,对案例公司办公室人员在多职能上的精力分配进行深入分析,在此基础上提出办公室职能、业务调整思路以及人员配置、内部运作机制的改进策略,对国企机构改革具有现实意义。
In the increasingly market-oriented state-owned enterprises, the functions of their offices mostly go beyond the concept of “corporate offices” in the general sense.
