结合实际工况,对某矿原有平硐放矿机液压和电控系统进行了改造,液压系统采用比例方向阀和位置传感器实现了闸门开度的连续调节,并增加了应急闸门;电控系统采用了PLC控制系统。改造后提高了系统的可靠性和自动化水平。
Combined with the actual working conditions, the hydraulic pressure and electric control system of the original digging machine of a mine was modified. The hydraulic system adopted the proportional directional valve and position sensor to realize the continuous adjustment of the opening of the gate and added the emergency gate. The system uses a PLC control system. After the transformation to improve the system reliability and automation level.
