学校改进是学校成员自我反思和提升的过程。在这一过程中,校长的领导力发挥着重要的作用。校长的领导力有许多表现,理念是校长在学校改进中的重要领导力。但校长理念的形成有着不同的认识基础,有的认识是正确的,有的认识是错误的。这就需要校长不断提升认识,以便形成正确的理念。校长的理念不仅要正确地表达,还要落实在教育教学实践之中,这样才能体现校长领导力的生命意义。当校长将正确的理念与实际行动融为一体的时候,就会在实践中产生领导力的升华,为学生创造更多的成长机会。
School improvement is a process of self-reflection and promotion of school members. In this process, the principal’s leadership plays an important role. Headmaster’s leadership has many manifestations, and the idea is that the headmaster has an important leadership in school improvement. However, the formation of principals’ philosophy has different basis of cognition, some of them are correct and some of them are wrong. This requires principals to constantly raise awareness in order to form the correct concept. The concept of principals not only correctly expressed, but also in the implementation of education and teaching practice, so as to reflect the leadership of school life meaning. When the principal integrates the right ideas with practical actions, it will lead to the distillation of leadership in practice and create more opportunities for students to grow up.
