目的探讨两种腮腺良性肿瘤不同手术治疗方法的临床治疗效果；方法选取于我院诊断为腮腺良性肿瘤患者132例，根据其治疗方法分为对照组（63）和观察组（69例），对照组患者行传统腮腺浅叶切除术，观察组患者行腮腺区域性切除术；结果观察组患者切口长度、手术时间、腺体正常分泌率、并发症发生率、复发率均明显高于对照组相应指标，组间差异在统计学上有意义（P<0.05）；结论腮腺区域性切除术是治疗腮腺良性肿瘤的一种安全、有效、简便、并发症少的方法，值得推广。“,” Objective: To study the clinical treatment effect of two different surgical treatment methods of parotid benign tumor; Methods: Selected 132 cases diagnosed of parotid benign tumor in our hospital, which were divided into control group (63 cases) and observation group (69 cases) according to treatment methods. Patients in control group accepted conventional parotid shalow lobectomy, and patients in observation group accepted parotid gland regional pancreatectomy; Results: The incision length, operative time, normal gland secretion rate, complications and recurrence rate of patients in observation group were significantly better than those of patients in observation group, the differences between groups were statisticaly significant (P < 0.05); Conclusion: Regional parotid gland resection is a safe and effective treatment method of parotid benign tumor, and the method is simple, less complications, and worthy of promotion.
