“双基”是指学生在进行数学学习时的基础知识和基础技能,它在我国的教育历史中有着很重要的作用。在素质教育不断推进的过程中,双基教学已经不能适应社会发展的需要,在这个时候,四基教育应运而生。四基教育是对双基教育的进一步发展与深化,并在一定程度上指引小学数学的发展。从双基教学发展到四基教学不是简单意义上的加法,而是在教学的过程中把结果与过程充分的结合在一起,使其相互的融合与促进。
