目的掌握工业X射线探伤辐射场剂量分布,制定相应的防护措施。方法根据无锡地区工业X射线探伤的实际情况,选择主要型号机器,采用常用工作条件和监测点测定剂量分布。结果固定探伤场所周围辐射水平除部分操作门与工件门外较高外其他均符合国家标准要求;开展现场探伤的单位预设的控制区边界检测点辐射水平符合国家标准要求。结论固定探伤房应根据自身工作特点及标准设计,实际工作中注重防护门的屏蔽效果监测;现场探伤操作人员要综合利用时间、距离和屏蔽防护,尽量减少外照射剂量。
Objective To master industrial X-ray radiation field dose distribution, to develop the appropriate protective measures. Methods According to the actual situation of industrial X-ray inspection in Wuxi, the main models of machines were selected, and the dosage distribution was determined by common working conditions and monitoring points. Results The radiation levels around the fixed testing sites were all in line with the national standards except for some of the operating doors and workpieces. The radiation level at the testing points along the boundary of the control area pre-set on site for flaw detection met the national standards. Conclusion The fixed flaw detection room should be designed according to its own working characteristics and standards. In actual work, attention should be paid to the screening effect of the protective door. The field flaw detection operator should make full use of time, distance and shielding to minimize the external radiation dose.
