高速线材的生产特点是速度快,断面形状及内部组织变化复杂,这给生产过程中质量异议的分析与处理带来极大的困难。因此,开发了针对高线生产特点的过程分析模型:针对高线原料为方坯的特点,开发了二维加热温度场模型,可以用于钢坯在加热炉内钢坯内部温度及晶粒长大过程的预报。针对高线轧制过程,开发了自动孔型设计系统和高线轧制工艺参数模型,可以自动显示孔型的充满状况及每道次的工艺参数,如温度、压力及再结晶状况等参数。针对高线冷却线的特点,开发了高线在线温度及组织演变预报模型,可以预测线材在冷却过程中温度及相变过程,并预测最终组织及性能指标。该系统在实际生产中得到应用,并取得良好的生产效果。
High-speed wire production is characterized by high speed, cross-sectional shape and internal organizational changes complicated, which gives rise to difficulties in the analysis and processing of quality objections in the production process. According to the characteristics of high-line cooling lines, the on-line temperature and tissue evolution prediction model of high line is developed, which can predict the temperature and phase transformation process of the wire during cooling and predict the final structure and performance index. The system has been applied in actual production, and achieved good production results.
