绩效考核是指按照某种系统原理及方法对员工工作结果、行为进行评价,是管理层与各部门员工相互进行沟通的主要方式。目前,社会经济及医疗卫生产业的快速发展,医院竞争尤为激烈,在此种形势下,必须加强对绩效考核的相关管理,才能促进医院的发展与生存。本文主要研究医院绩效考核管理的现状,分析绩效考核原则,提出几点加强管理的对策。
Performance appraisal refers to the system principle and method according to some of the results of employee work, conduct evaluation, is the management and staff of various departments to communicate with each other the main way. At present, the rapid development of socio-economic and health care industry, the hospital is particularly fierce competition, under such circumstances, we must strengthen the relevant performance appraisal management in order to promote the development and survival of the hospital. This paper mainly studies the current situation of hospital performance appraisal management, analyzes the principle of performance appraisal, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen management.
