目的:观察bcl2 基因表达对涎腺癌发生及发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对55 例涎腺癌、25 例癌旁涎腺组织及11 例多形性腺瘤组织bcl2 表达产物进行检测。结果:涎腺癌组织bcl2 阳性表达明显高于癌旁涎腺组织及多形性腺瘤。bcl2 表达与涎腺癌的临床分期及恶性程度有关,临床晚期组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期)及恶性程度较高组bcl2 呈现高表达。结论:bcl2 在涎腺癌中的高表达可能参与了涎腺癌的发生及发展过程。
Objective: To observe the relationship between the expression of bcl 2 gene and the development of salivary gland carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bcl2 in 55 cases of salivary gland carcinoma, 25 cases of para-cancerous salivary gland tissues and 11 cases of pleomorphic adenoma tissues. Results: The expression of bcl2 in salivary gland cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancer salivary gland tissues and pleomorphic adenomas. bcl 2 expression and salivary gland cancer clinical stage and degree of malignancy, clinical late stage (Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ) and higher malignant bcl 2 showed high expression. Conclusion: The high expression of bcl2 in salivary gland carcinoma may be involved in the occurrence and development of salivary gland carcinoma.
