目的:建立同时检测石榴皮提取物中安石榴苷、鞣花酸和石榴皮鞣素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Arcus EP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%TFA为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254 nm。结果:安石榴苷、鞣花酸和石榴皮鞣素分别在0.034~0.408,0.004~0.048,0.032~0.384μg线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.20%1,00.02%,96.10%。结论:该方法精密可靠,可作为同时检测石榴皮提取物中安石榴苷、鞣花酸和石榴皮鞣素3种有效成分的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of pomegranate, ellagic acid and pomegranate tannin in pomegranate peel extract. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Arcus EP-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-0.1% TFA as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- . Results: There was a good linear relationship between punicalagin, ellagic acid and pomegranate tannin in the range of 0.034 ~ 0.408, 0.004 ~ 0.048 and 0.032 ~ 0.384μg respectively. The average recoveries were 98.20% 1,00.02% and 96.10%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used as a method to simultaneously detect the three active ingredients of pomegranate, ellagic acid and pomegranate tannin in pomegranate peel extract.
