本着“从教育公平出发,促学生科学发展”的教育理念,我们在实践中形成了“六特别”年级教师精神和“我(们)能行”的年级学生文化,从制度安排入手逐步创立了“三星两层六大人物,小组大组合作共赢”制年级教育管理模式,切实搭建了具有鲜明素质教育特征的学思结合基础上的知行统一、体验成长的“我(们)能行”年级实践活动育人平台,真正走出了一条有特色、讲实效的形成性综合素质评价之路。几年来,这套模式中主要蕴涵的同伴竞争激励引领和小组大组合作共赢两大长效教育管理机制,极大促进了全年级不同层次学生全面、协调、可持续发展。
In line with the educational philosophy of “starting from the fairness of education and promoting the scientific development of students”, we have formed a “sixth special” grade teacher spirit and a “grade young student culture” in practice. From the institutional arrangements to gradually establish a “Samsung two layers of six people, the group of major win-win cooperation” system of grade education management, and effectively build a distinctive quality education characteristics of the combination of knowledge and practice based on the unity of knowledge and experience to grow “I (we) can do ” grade practice platform for educating people, really out of a distinctive, effective formative comprehensive evaluation of the road. Over the past few years, the two major long-term education management mechanisms that lead the team and the major group of win-win cooperation led mainly by companion competitive incentives in this model have greatly promoted the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of students of different levels in the whole year.
