多极子阵列声波测井仪的换能器激励方法

多极子阵列声波测井仪工作于单极、偶极和四极等模式时,发射声系所需要的激励脉冲参数各不相同,要求发射激励电路控制灵活,易于实现。为此,研制了采用复杂可编程逻辑器件作为发射逻辑控制器,由供电电路、高压储能电路、驱动电路、高压激励电路和脉冲变压器构成的高压脉冲激励源。通过实验对各种工作参数进行了优化,在高压储能电路能量确定的情况下,单极和四极触发脉冲宽度为30μs,偶极触发脉冲宽度为160μs,接收换能器可接收到信噪比高、波形特征清楚的信号波形。加温测试和现场测试表明,基于该激励源的声波测井仪完全能够满足石油井下环境的应用要求。 When working in unipolar, dipole and quadrupole modes, the multi-polar array acoustic logging instrument needs different excitation pulse parameters for transmitting sound system, and requires the transmitting excitation circuit to be controlled flexibly and easily. For this reason, a high-voltage pulse excitation source that uses complex programmable logic device as a transmitting logic controller and is composed of a power supply circuit, a high-voltage storage circuit, a driving circuit, a high-voltage excitation circuit and a pulse transformer is developed. Through experiments, various working parameters are optimized. When the energy of high-voltage energy storage circuit is fixed, the unipolar and quadrupole trigger pulse width is 30μs, the dipole trigger pulse width is 160μs, and the receiving transducer can receive signal-noise Higher than the waveform characteristics of a clear signal waveform. The heating test and field test show that the acoustic logging tool based on the excitation source can fully meet the application requirements of the oil underground environment.
