胃癌的发病率以50～70岁年龄组最多,但近年来青年人胃癌日渐增多,就是在10岁以下年龄组中亦有发生胃癌的报告。 1949年 McNeer 报告青年人胃癌占0.7%,Holburt 和 Freedman 报告,1970年以前胃癌患者年龄在35岁以下者占1.8%,而1970年以后则增加到4.2%。在日本,青年人胃癌占2.3～5.4%。Dupout 报告胃癌患者男女之比约为2∶1,而青年人胃癌男女比率
The incidence of gastric cancer is most common in the 50- to 70-year-old age group. However, in recent years, the number of gastric cancers among young people has increased. It is reported that gastric cancer has also occurred in the age group below 10 years of age. In 1949, McNeer reported that 0.7% of young people had stomach cancer. Holburt and Freedman reported that before 1970, patients with gastric cancer aged below 35 accounted for 1.8%, and after 1970 they increased to 4.2%.
