隧道中间风井基坑通常在隧道穿越前施工完毕,盾构机穿越风井之后完成风井剩余结构。此方法导致风井基坑开挖深度深,盾构需在较短范围内完成进出洞工序各一次,工期及造价损失严重,风险也比较高。本文介绍了一种风井吊筑法施工工艺:隧道从较浅风井基坑下部快速穿越,从风井基坑底部往下逆筑开挖风口至隧道结构,逆筑期间不予降水。本文还将解决此工法运用中碰到的问题,特别是盾构近距离下穿基坑时的施工参数设定及开挖对已建隧道的变形控制问题。
The foundation pit of the middle tunnel of the tunnel is usually completed before the tunnel passes through, and the shield machine completes the remaining structure of the wind shaft after crossing the shaft. This method leads to the deep excavation depth of the shaft excavation of the wind shaft. The shield tunneling procedure needs to be completed once within a relatively short range, the construction period and the cost are seriously damaged, and the risk is relatively high. In this paper, a construction method of air shaft hoisting method is introduced. The tunnel traverses rapidly from the lower part of the shallow shaft base pit and from the bottom of the shaft of the air shaft downwards to excavate the tuyere to the tunnel structure without dewatering. This article will also solve the problems encountered in the application of this method. In particular, the construction parameters of the foundation pit when the shield is under the ground and the deformation control of the tunnel have been solved.
