目的:研究赤小豆对小鼠的利尿作用,筛选利尿作用的有效部位。方法:采用小鼠代谢笼法,测定水负荷小鼠给药4小时的尿量。结果:与空白给药组相比,三氯甲烷萃取部位高剂量组具有显著的利尿作用(P<0.01),正丁醇萃取部位高剂量组及药材水提液高剂量组具有显著的利尿作用(P<0.05)。结论:赤小豆三氯甲烷及正丁醇萃取部位具有显著的利尿作用,可能是赤小豆利尿作用的主要有效部位。
Objective: To study the effect of adzuki bean on diuresis in mice and screen the effective site of diuretic effect. Methods: Metabolic cage method was used in mice to determine the urine output of mice in water load for 4 hours. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the high-dose chloroform extract group had significant diuretic effect (P <0.01), high-dose n-butanol extraction group and high dose water extract group had significant diuretic effect (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Tricholomachromic acid and n-butanol extracts have significant diuretic effect, which may be the main effective site of diuretic diuretic effect.
