为提高轻烃回收(natural gas liquids recovery,NGL)装置的产品收率、降低生产能耗,同时确保生产安全、降低装置停车造成的损失,开发了某油田轻烃回收装置的全流程静态仿真模型。基于CAPE-OPEN技术,建立流程中的精馏塔等单元,通过模拟计算分析工艺参数,并以现场实际数据为参考进行校正。结合提高乙烷收率的生产要求,评价分析了各工艺参数的影响程度,给出脱甲烷塔的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:该模拟计算结果与实际工艺相吻合,最优工艺参数可应用于指导实际工业生产。
In order to improve the yield of natural gas liquids recovery (NGL) plant, reduce the energy consumption of production, at the same time, ensure the safety of production and reduce the losses caused by plant shutdown, the whole process static simulation model of light hydrocarbon recovery unit of a certain oil field has been developed . Based on the CAPE-OPEN technology, a unit such as a rectification tower in the process is established, the process parameters are simulated and analyzed, and the actual data is used as a reference for calibration. In combination with the production requirements for increasing the yield of ethane, the influence degree of each process parameter is evaluated and analyzed, and the optimum process parameters of the demethanizer tower are given. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the actual process, the optimal process parameters can be used to guide the actual industrial production.
