目的探讨血液核酸检测在降低经血传播疾病风险的意义。方法对岳阳血站2015年1-12月采集的40 833份血液,均采用2次血清学检测和1次核酸检测,HIV有反应性标本同时送市疾控中心确诊。结果 40 833份血液标本,经2次血清学检测,39 571份标本无反应性,408份标本HBs Ag、抗-HCV、抗-HIV有反应性;经1次核酸检测,39 571份标本中18份有反应性,408份标本中214份有反应性。结论血液核酸检测能降低经血传播疾病的风险,提高血液安全性。
Objective To investigate the significance of blood nucleic acid testing in reducing the risk of blood-borne diseases. Methods A total of 40 833 blood samples collected from January to December 2015 in Yueyang Blood Station were collected by two serological tests and one nucleic acid test. HIV-positive samples were also sent to the CDC for diagnosis. Results 40 833 blood samples were non-reactive in 39 571 samples after 2 serological tests. 408 samples were HBs Ag, anti-HCV and anti-HIV were reactive. After one time nucleic acid test, 39 571 samples 18 were reactive and 214 of 408 were reactive. Conclusion Blood nucleic acid test can reduce the risk of blood-borne diseases and improve blood safety.
